Report & appeals
Everyone on Fanhaze can report content, raise a complaint, or challenge a decision. Our Trust & Safety team reviews every submission. Reports involving a minor or a non-consenting person are treated as the highest priority and actioned immediately.
Report content or behaviour
- On any post or profile, use the report button — it's the fastest route and gives us the exact context.
- You can also report a user from their profile, or block them so they can no longer contact or see you.
- If you don't have an account, or the matter is urgent, email safety@fanhaze.com with links and a short description.
Non-consensual or exploitative content
If intimate content of you has been shared without your consent — or you believe content involves a minor or trafficking — tell us right away, even if you are not a Fanhaze user. Use the report button or email safety@fanhaze.com. We will prioritize your report, act quickly to remove the content, and, where the law requires, report it to NCMEC and the authorities. You can read more in our Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Statement. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Appeal a decision
You can ask us to review a decision such as:
- content that was removed or restricted,
- an account that was suspended or limited,
- a verification or payout decision you believe was made in error.
To appeal, open Settings → Help and send us the details, or email safety@fanhaze.com. To help us review quickly, please include:
- your handle or account email,
- what was decided (and any reference or link),
- why you believe it should be reconsidered, and anything that supports your case.
A different reviewer than the one who made the original decision will look at your appeal wherever possible. We may ask for more information, and we'll tell you the outcome.
Other complaints
- Privacy & your data: see the Privacy Policy for how to make a data request or raise a privacy concern.
- Copyright: follow the notice-and-counter-notice process in our DMCA Policy.
- Anything else: open Settings → Help and our team will route it to the right place.
What happens next
- We acknowledge reports and appeals as quickly as we can, and prioritize by severity.
- Urgent safety reports (minors, non-consensual content, threats) are actioned immediately.
- We'll tell you the outcome of your appeal. If you're in a region with a competent authority or dispute-resolution body for online platforms, you may also have the right to escalate there.
