Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Statement
Last updated: June 2026
Fanhaze has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), human trafficking, and the sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery. These are crimes and a profound violation of human dignity. This statement explains the steps we take to keep them off our platform and what we do when we find them.
Our commitments
- We do not allow any content involving a minor — real, simulated, or implied — anywhere on Fanhaze.
- We do not allow content that depicts or facilitates trafficking, coercion, or sexual exploitation.
- We do not allow intimate content shared without the depicted adult's consent.
- We act on every credible report, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement.
How we prevent it
- Creator verification. Every creator passes in-house age and government-ID verification before they can publish. Additional people in content must be documented, consenting adults.
- Upload scanning. Uploads are validated and hash-scanned against known illegal-content databases at the point of upload, before content is made available. Matches are blocked and preserved for reporting.
- Human review & moderation. Flagged or high-risk content is queued for trained human review. We act on patterns, not just single reports.
- Reporting tools. Every post and profile can be reported in one tap, and anyone can reach our Trust & Safety team through the Trust Center.
How we respond
When we identify CSAE, trafficking, or non-consensual content, we:
- Remove the content immediately and disable the responsible account.
- Preserve evidence and report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant authorities, as required by law.
- Withhold and freeze any associated funds.
- Cooperate with valid legal process and support investigations.
- Take steps to prevent the responsible party from returning.
Support for survivors
If intimate content of you has been shared without your consent — even if you are not a Fanhaze user — we will act quickly to remove it. Contact our Trust & Safety team and we will prioritize your report. We will treat you with respect and confidentiality.
Report exploitation
To report content you believe involves a minor, trafficking, or a non-consenting person, use the report button or reach us through the Trust Center right away. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
