Business & Payment Terms
Last updated: June 2026
These Business & Payment Terms explain how money moves on Fanhaze — how fans pay, how creators get paid, and the rules our payment partners require. They apply alongside the Terms of Service and Creator Agreement.
Payments & processors
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. Fanhaze does not see or store full card numbers; card data is handled directly by PCI-DSS-compliant providers. By paying, you also agree to the relevant processor's terms. The payment methods available to you may depend on your location and the type of content.
Prices, currency & authorization
- Prices are shown before you confirm. Taxes may be added at checkout where required.
- Currency conversion, where it applies, is performed by the processor or card network at their rates.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the displayed interval until you cancel. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your Subscriptions page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Explicit content & payment rails
Some payment methods cannot be used for adult content under network or platform rules. For example, Telegram Stars are only available for non-explicit goods. Fanhaze automatically restricts which payment methods appear based on the content, in line with these rules.
Refunds & chargebacks
- Digital content is delivered instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where content was not delivered as described.
- If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly without a chargeback.
- Filing a fraudulent chargeback (disputing a charge you actually authorized) is a violation of these terms. We may suspend accounts associated with chargeback abuse and recover the corresponding amounts.
Creator payouts
- Creators keep 90% of their earnings (a 10% platform fee). Payment-processing, network, or payout costs may apply.
- Earnings become payable after they clear and after any applicable refund/chargeback hold window. We may hold or reserve funds where there is elevated dispute risk, suspected fraud, or a policy investigation.
- Payouts are sent to a verified payout method. Changing payout details may trigger a security cooling-off period before it takes effect.
- We may offset refunds, chargebacks, and reversals against current or future earnings.
Prohibited & high-risk activity
You may not use Fanhaze payments for money laundering, sanctions evasion, sale of prohibited goods, or any transaction that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. We screen for and block transactions in sanctioned or restricted regions.
Taxes
Creators are responsible for their own taxes and may be asked to provide tax documentation. See Tax Information for details on information reporting and withholding.
