Creator Agreement
Last updated: June 2026
This Creator Agreement applies to everyone who earns money on Fanhaze. It works alongside our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Business Terms. By publishing paid content or accepting payments, you agree to it.
Your relationship with Fanhaze
You are an independent creator, not an employee, agent, or partner of Fanhaze. You decide what you create (within the rules), how you price it, and how you interact with your fans. Fanhaze provides the platform, payment processing, and tools that let you earn.
Eligibility & verification
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- You must complete Fanhaze's in-house age and identity verification before publishing, and keep your information accurate and current.
- Anyone else who appears in your content must also be a verified adult who has given documented consent.
Your content & the license you grant
You keep ownership of your content. To operate the platform, you grant Fanhaze a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, encode, watermark, display, and deliver your content to the fans you choose to share it with, and to show non-explicit previews for promotion where you enable them. This license exists only so we can run the service; it ends when content is removed, except for copies we must retain for legal, safety, or backup purposes.
You are responsible for having all rights to everything you upload, and for ensuring it complies with our policies and the law.
Earnings, fees & payouts
- Fanhaze charges a platform fee of 10% on creator earnings — you keep 90%. Any change to the standard fee will be communicated in advance.
- Payment-processing, currency-conversion, or payout-network costs may apply as described in the Business Terms.
- Earnings become available for payout after they clear and any applicable hold or refund window has passed. Payouts go to the method you verify in your account.
- We may withhold or reverse earnings tied to content that violates our policies, to fraudulent activity, or to chargebacks and refunds.
Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes. Depending on where you live and how much you earn, we may be required to collect tax information from you and report your earnings. See our Tax Information page.
Your commitments
- You will follow the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.
- You will not move fans off-platform to evade verification, fees, or safety checks.
- You will respond to lawful requests for consent or age documentation for people in your content.
- You will treat fans fairly and deliver what you advertise (subscriptions, bundles, and paid messages).
Suspension & termination
You can stop creating at any time. We may suspend or end your ability to earn if you break these terms, if required by our payment partners or the law, or to protect the safety of the community. If we remove content or an account for a policy violation, related earnings may be withheld. You can challenge an enforcement decision through Appeals & complaints.
Anti-takeover protections
To protect your earnings, sensitive changes — such as updating your payout method — may trigger a cooling-off period and additional verification before they take effect.
