Referral Program Terms

These terms govern any Fanhaze referral or invitation program in which you can earn a reward for introducing a new creator or fan. They apply alongside our Terms of Service. Where a specific campaign sets out its own reward, eligibility, or duration, that campaign's details apply in addition to these terms.

Who can take part

You must have a Fanhaze account in good standing.
A referral counts only when a genuinely new person signs up through your unique referral link or code and meets the qualifying condition for that campaign (for example, completing verification or making a first eligible purchase).
You may not refer yourself or accounts you control.

Rewards

The reward, qualifying action, and any caps are described where you find your referral link. Rewards may be a one-time credit, a share of fees, or another benefit, and may differ by region.
Rewards are issued after the referred person qualifies and after any applicable refund or fraud-review window has passed.
Rewards have no cash value except as expressly stated, and may be subject to tax in your location.

Prohibited behaviour

To keep the program fair, you may not:

Spam, buy traffic, or post your link where it violates another site's rules.
Use bots, fake accounts, or misleading claims to generate sign-ups.
Offer unauthorized incentives or imply that Fanhaze endorses your promotion.
Bid on Fanhaze trademarks in paid search or impersonate Fanhaze.

We may withhold or reverse rewards, and suspend participation, for any activity we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or against these terms.

Changes

We may change, pause, or end the referral program or any campaign at any time. Rewards already earned and confirmed before a change will be honored.
