Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what is and isn't allowed on Fanhaze. It applies to everyone — fans and creators — and to all content, messages, profiles, and activity on the platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to content removal, loss of earnings on offending content, suspension, or permanent removal, and where required, a report to the authorities.
Everyone must be an adult
Fanhaze is strictly for adults 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your location, whichever is higher). Every creator completes age and identity verification before they can publish.
Content that is never allowed
The following are prohibited without exception, and several are serious crimes:
- Any content involving, sexualizing, or appearing to involve a minor — including "age-play", schoolchild themes, or anyone who is or is made to look under 18.
- Non-consensual content of any kind — "revenge porn", hidden-camera or upskirt material, sleeping/unconscious subjects, or content shared without the depicted person's permission.
- Content depicting or promoting human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion.
- Bestiality, necrophilia, or content depicting non-consensual incest.
- Real or realistic extreme violence, rape, snuff, mutilation, or content that glorifies, incites, or instructs others to harm people.
- Content that depicts or facilitates illegal drug sales, weapons trafficking, or terrorism.
- Hateful content that attacks people based on a protected characteristic.
- Sexual content presented as if the participant is impaired, intoxicated beyond consent, or coerced.
Conduct that is not allowed
- Impersonating another person, creator, or brand, or misrepresenting who you are.
- Posting another person's private or identifying information ("doxxing").
- Harassment, threats, stalking, blackmail, or sextortion.
- Spam, scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent payment activity (including chargeback abuse).
- Uploading content you do not own or have the rights to distribute.
- Attempting to take payment off-platform to evade verification, fees, or safety checks.
- Circumventing security, scraping, or attempting to access content you are not entitled to.
Consent & third parties
If another adult appears in your content, you must have their documented, informed consent and proof of their age and identity, and you must be able to provide it on request. Fanhaze may require this documentation before content involving additional people is published.
How we enforce this
We combine automated checks (including upload validation and hash-matching against known illegal-content databases) with human review. Depending on severity, we may remove content, withhold associated earnings, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Our approach to exploitation is described in our Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Statement.
Reporting a violation
Use the report button on any post or profile, or contact our Trust & Safety team through the Trust Center. Reports of content involving a minor or a non-consenting person are treated as the highest priority.
