Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what is and isn't allowed on Fanhaze. It applies to everyone — fans and creators — and to all content, messages, profiles, and activity on the platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to content removal, loss of earnings on offending content, suspension, or permanent removal, and where required, a report to the authorities.

Everyone must be an adult

Fanhaze is strictly for adults 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your location, whichever is higher). Every creator completes age and identity verification before they can publish.

Content that is never allowed

The following are prohibited without exception, and several are serious crimes:

Conduct that is not allowed

Consent & third parties

If another adult appears in your content, you must have their documented, informed consent and proof of their age and identity, and you must be able to provide it on request. Fanhaze may require this documentation before content involving additional people is published.

How we enforce this

We combine automated checks (including upload validation and hash-matching against known illegal-content databases) with human review. Depending on severity, we may remove content, withhold associated earnings, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Our approach to exploitation is described in our Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Statement.

Reporting a violation

Use the report button on any post or profile, or contact our Trust & Safety team through the Trust Center. Reports of content involving a minor or a non-consenting person are treated as the highest priority.
